Why am I seeing a loading screen in BOI's app during authentication?

Bank of Ireland is introducing a new App to App Authentication method. In some cases, users on version 2.5.1 of the App will see an endless loading screen during authentication, preventing them from authenticating to consent to sharing their data or initiate a payment.

• Please download the latest version of the App (2.5.2 or above)
• If the user is on iOS 14, please make sure Safari is the default browser. Check out Apple's  official support page on default browser apps;
