Users may report that they are unable to complete the Consent Flow for AIB, and get an error message like below, it is a know issue.
Workaround
Ensure that the push notifications are enabled within the AIB Mobile app on the end-user phone.
If push notification is still not received, please un-enroll from the AIB Mobile App and re-enrol it again, as explained below. It is likely the settings on the mobile device that have disabled push notifications.
We are recommending AIB customer affected by this error re-enroll their device for SCA.
1. Sign in to AIB's Mobile Banking App

4. Unregister this device
5. Login again and complete the SCA enrolment prompts:
