Processing payments to SEPA zone banks takes varying time depending on your provider: 

Bank Processing time (only applies to business days)
Bank of Ireland Same day if placed before 14:00, next day after 14:00
Allied Irish Bank Next day if placed before 15:30, 2 days if after 15:30
Permanent TSB Next day if placed before 13:00, 2 days if after 13:00
Ulster Bank Next day if placed before 15:00, 2 days if after 15:00
