End-users who are PTSB customers may encounter Error 202 when connecting their bank accounts to your App.
This error happens when the end-user is unable to login due to their PTSB Open24 card beening in a locked state.
Solution
You should request your end-user contact the Open24 team on 1890 500 121 or +353 1 2124101 to get the card unlocked.
Once this is completed they should be able to proceed with the authentication.
