How will I be kept updated on the progress of my application?

Once you submit your application, it is received by TrueLayer's dedicated onboarding team. To ensure you're always informed, your assigned Account Executive (AE) will be automatically alerted whenever the Onboarding team requests more information or provides an update on your application's progress.

Your AE serves as your primary point of contact and will communicate any queries or updates directly to you.
