Timely completion of periodic reviews is crucial for maintaining your partnership with TrueLayer and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance. Every client of TrueLayer will undergo reviews after the initial onboarding process, and you will receive notification of the review via email from the onboarding team.
Failure to complete the periodic review within the specified timeframe can lead to:
- Suspension of your account: This will temporarily restrict your access to TrueLayer's services.
- Termination of your account: If the periodic review remains incomplete after the suspension period, your account may ultimately be terminated.
We encourage you to respond promptly to all requests for information during periodic reviews to avoid any disruption to your services. Please also reach out to the onboarding team at onboarding@truelayer.com or your AE if your onboarding POC has changed since the initial onboarding or if you would like to report any changes in your company structure, product usage or change of directors that needs to be recorded in our systems.
