Problem
Banque Populaire requires beneficiaries to be added to the account's list of trusted beneficiaries in order to make a successful payment.
Solution
From your mobile application:
1 - Connect to your Banque Populaire application 2 - Click in the “ Transfers ” menu then select “ My beneficiaries ”

From your computer:
1 - Login to your account via the "Account Access" at the top right of the home page of your site Popular Bank 2 - Go to "Operations" and click on the menu "Transfers" and select "Manage my beneficiaries "
