Why am I getting an error saying "The request limit defined by the policy of provider has been reached"?

There is a limit of 4 requests per day per account for the banks and PSPs supported in France. Once that limit has been reached, you'll see the following error:

The request limit defined by the policy of provider has been reached. 
Please try again later.
