I'm on Incognito/Private Mode and can't connect to my bank, why?

TrueLayer uses cookies and data that need to be stored in the browser and transferred between the bank and the app. However, incognito does not allow Google to store a lot of information such as cookies etc. 
Therefore, we wouldn't be able to track the user going through the redirects in incognito, as we can't save the data.

Solution

Select the normal browser and try connecting to the bank.
