How can I request a refund for a payment?

TrueLayer creates the connection between approved applications and financial institutions, such as your regular high street bank. This allows the application to initiate a payment on your behalf (with your consent).

However, TrueLayer is not a retailer bank. If you need to request a refund, you will need to contact the service or app used to make the payment.
