If you need eIDAS certificates, you would need to apply through a QTSP(Qualified Trusted Service Providers) in Europe. There are a many across Europe, such as Multicert or BuyPass AS. Note, this process may take around a month and you’ll be charged per set of certificates.eIDAS certificates have 2 main parts - a PSD2 Qualified Web Authentication Certificate(QWAC) and Qualified eSeal Certificate(QSealC).
