In some cases the redirect to the Barclays App will fail, showing the following screen in the mobile-web browser or WebView:
This can happen if the user has an old version of the App installed on their phone.
Solution
- Ask the user to update to the latest version of the Barclays App;
- Confirm the deep linking is correctly enabled.
