[Virgin Money] Why can't I connect my account?

    Any update on taking payments? It's still asking for the 7-character customer id, but it's 10 now.

    We are still implementing support for this feature and it should be completed by the end of Q3 unless there are unforeseen circumstances causing a delay.

    Any further news when 10 character ID's will be able to sign in to Virgin Accounts? We are almost at the end of Q3.

    Hello Hugh,

    The ETA is unfortunately no longer accurate; we have had to reprioritise certain issues this quarter and as a result, this task was not completed by the expected deadline. 

    We don't have a confirmed ETA at the moment but our engineering teams are reviewing the backlog for Q4.

    Currently, if you do have a Virgin Money account, it's not possible to connect your account to our Data API.
