Customers with a 10-Digit Customer ID
If you are a Virgin Money customer with a 10-digit customer ID, or if you’re a customer of Clydesdale Bank or Yorkshire Bank, we regret to inform you that it’s not currently possible to connect your account to our Data API. We are actively working on implementing this functionality and appreciate your patience during this process.
Customers with a 7-Digit Customer ID
If you are a Virgin Money customer with a 7-digit customer ID, you can connect your account by selecting Virgin Money from the provider selection screen. If you’re having trouble, please ensure you’re entering your details correctly and that your internet connection is stable.

Any update on taking payments? It's still asking for the 7-character customer id, but it's 10 now.
regards
Graham
Hello Graham,
This is Konstantin from Client Care
We are still implementing support for this feature and it should be completed by the end of Q3 unless there are unforeseen circumstances causing a delay.
Regards,
Konstantin
Any further news when 10 character ID's will be able to sign in to Virgin Accounts? We are almost at the end of Q3.
Regards,
Hugh
Hello Hugh,
The ETA is unfortunately no longer accurate; we have had to reprioritise certain issues this quarter and as a result, this task was not completed by the expected deadline.
We don't have a confirmed ETA at the moment but our engineering teams are reviewing the backlog for Q4.
Regards,
Konstantin
Hi,
What are the plans for the data API?

Mena
Hello Mena,
Could you please elaborate on your query?
Regards,
Konstantin
Hi, I wanted to ask if there has been any progress on this?
Hello James,
Currently, if you do have a Virgin Money account, it's not possible to connect your account to our Data API.
Kind Regards,
Iliyan
