Firstly, check your VRP mandate with the merchant or in your online banking. This will display the expected payment dates. If an expected payment was not sent, this could be for a few reasons:
- Your mandate is no longer live
- You do not have enough funds for the payment
- You have reached your daily payment limit. This limit varies bank to bank
- The requested payment breaks the mandate parameters. To check the criteria set, visit your merchant’s website or your online banking
