If you are an Owner and need to transfer ownership of your Console account, our team will assist with this process.
To begin the transfer, please submit a support ticket with the following information:
- New Owner’s Email Address: Ensure the new owner has an active Console account.
- Previous Owner’s Email Address: Provide the email address of the current owner.
- Previous Owner's Membership Status: Indicate whether the previous owner should remain a member of the application or be removed. If they remain, specify their permissions in the Console.
- Client IDs for Ownership Transfer: List all client IDs that require a transfer of ownership (both live and sandbox, if applicable).
By default, ownership will be transferred for all applications (sandbox and live), unless you specify otherwise.
