What are the limitations to the agent model? – Help Centre

If you are interested in the Agent model, please note that there are some limitations:

You will have to show TrueLayer's logo and name on our bank selection page (Auth Dialog).
You can't use our white-labelling service.
When displaying bank transactions or balances including consolidated transactions a disclaimer will need to be displayed to the end-user to provide clarity on who is providing the regulated activity. This can be placed at the bottom of the screen.

[...]is acting as an agent of TrueLayer, who is providing the regulated Account Information Service, and is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 and the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (Firm Reference Number: 901096)"

Since our license will be used, those are some of the requirements.
