What’s new?

Organisation Overview

You can view your entire organisation, including all your apps and resources, in one centralised place. After logging in, this new feature will serve as your homepage, providing a complete overview of all your applications with TrueLayer.

• Organisation Switcher: For merchants with multiple organisational structures, the new Console will allow users to seamlessly switch between each organisation they can access.

Console Navigation

We have also made a big change in the navigation bar: we have streamlined the menu to make it simpler, more intuitive, and incredibly user-friendly. Finding what you need has never been easier or more enjoyable. 

Applications Overview

All your apps within your organisation are now viewed in one convenient place, making management smoother and more efficient. This includes a sub-navigation menu where you can access:

• Merchant Account balances, transactions, and settings - The Merchant Account section provides an overview of your merchant account(s). We have introduced a table view of transactions for each account, facilitating reconciliation needs and allowing cross-referencing of historical balance data with corresponding transactions. You can also configure sweeping settings when you’re ready to go live with your merchant account. 
• Payments - As part of the redesign and navigation overhaul, The Payments table retains its functionality but is now located under a new navigation.
• Product UI Customisations - We have consolidated all UI configurations into one area for all our payments and data products. This lets you easily switch between different UIs you want to configure or update.
• People management - The People section allows you to review existing members, edit roles, remove members, and add new ones. You can also review pending invites and re-share the invite link.
• Settings - All application settings are located in a single area, making it more straightforward and intuitive to view and configure all the settings for an application in one place.

Our newly introduced products overview section provides a comprehensive understanding of our products at TrueLayer. This feature allows you to explore and make the most of our product suite and easily reach out for more information.
