[Starling] Why does a transaction exist in the Data API but not on the user's bank statement?

If the user makes a payment with a connected card, it will appear in the relevant Space in their Starling App, rather than on their main transaction feed. The transaction will still be returned in the /gettransactions call to their Starling account.
