How can I invite a user to an app in the Console?

This can only be undertaken by the admin. It's important the user creates an account in the Console prior to the admin sending an invitation. 

If the admin user is facing issues our team can do it, please create a ticket and provide the following:

• Email address of the user 
• client_id of the application
• Email address of the admin of the organization
