I am an admin and I want to transfer the ownership of the account. How do I do it?
If you wish to transfer the ownership of the account, this must be carried out by our developers. Please raise a ticket with us and share:
- Email address of new admin user - Make sure you have created an account in the Console
- Email address of the previous admin user
- Whether or not we should keep the previous admin user a member of the application, or remove them from the application entirely
- All client ids which require a change of ownership (live and sandbox, if it's the case)
*Upon requests, admin rights are swapped in all apps (sandbox and live) unless specified differently.
