TrueLayer clients can view all tickets raised in a dedicated Ticket Dashboard.
Once you log your first ticket, you will need to register using your email address and you will be able to see all tickets you've raised and/or your organization has raised (depending on the permissions granted).
If you wish to see all tickets raised by your organization, please let the Support team know.
How to access the Ticket Dashboard
1. First of all, you need to be logged in. Open our Help Centre and click on the "Sign In" button on the top right corner
2. Once you have connected to your email (or the shared email amongst your team), you will see a new option on the top right corner: "Ticket dashboard".
3. Click on "Ticket dashboard" and see all the tickets you have raised with TrueLayer's support team and the status of your request.
Please do not forward, cc, or directly send emails to support@truelayer.com.
An email sent directly to support@truelayer.com will be auto-solved with a comment advising you to raise a ticket via our Help Centre.
