    Do you support Metro Bank?

    We don't support Metro Banks at the moment due to them not adhering to the Open Banking (OB) specification.

      Hello Alastair,

      The page you linked lists the banks that have support for Open Banking. It is not a list of banks we specifically support.

      I've just contacted Metro Bank as per Evengi's advise to release a payout which was made to them. Metro bank are unable to speak with us as we are a third party. They have also informed us that they do support open banking, so unsure why Evengi would tell us that they don't.

      Hello Alastair,

      Currently, there are no immediate plans to start integrating with Metro Bank. We are, however, actively considering any bank that receives a high volume of requests from our clients so I would suggest filling in this coverage request form https://airtable.com/shrQAtEBLMp7wcGlq

      Hello Steven,

      Metro has recently implemented Open Banking support.

      What Evgeni told you is also correct, however, currently we still do not offer support for Metro Bank.

      Banks with the highest volume of requests from our clients are likely to be prioritised for integration in the future.
