Changing your TrueLayer Console account email address directly is not possible.
To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend following the steps outlined below:

Create a new Console account with the relevant email address
Follow the verification process to activate your new Console account. -
Request Assistance from the Owner of Your Organization
The Owner has the necessary permissions to add the new account and manage roles within the Console. Refer to our documentation for more information on Console roles and permissions. -
Submit a deletion request for the old email account to our Support
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your TrueLayer Console account and need it to be removed, please follow these steps:- Contact our support team with the following details:
