A 401 unauthorized
error represents an invalid token. If the TrueLayer token is expired, refreshing it should fix it. Otherwise, the end-user must re-authenticate.
From 1st January 2021, you may see an increase in the error code 401_error_unauthorized
with European providers. This would be related to the consent now going through our partner fino, who is regulated to operate in European countries.
