If you do not want to use the photoTAN, you can set up the mobileTAN.
This is how the mobileTAN works:
The TAN is sent directly to your smartphone. To do this, you need to register your mobile phone number. For each transaction you will receive an SMS with a single TAN and the transaction data to compare your entry.
If you have successfully registered for the mobileTAN procedure, you can also use it in parallel with photoTAN: You decide which procedure you would like to use for each transaction.
How to activate mTAN:
In the PIN / TAN management in the personal area, you must first register with your mobile phone number. To confirm the number, you will receive a confirmation code via SMS. This has to be entered in the registration process. After this first step, you will receive an activation code by letter, which you should enter again in the personal area. You can only use the mobileTAN procedure after activation. The photoTAN procedure remains valid in parallel.
