Why can't I switch to Sandbox or Live in the Console?

Console needs third-party cookies enabled to allow some features to function, such as the switching from Live to Sandbox:

Solution

1. If you're using Incognito Mode, switch to normal mode;
2. Check if third-party cookies is enabled in the normal mode. On Chrome, open chrome://settings/cookies?search=third-party

If you still can't switch to Production

Try this:

1. Click on "Data API" on the left-hand side
   
2. Click on the "Go to live env" blue button
   
3. Follow the instructions.
