Sometimes you might face an issue where Safari opens a "random" app (e.g. Spotify, Amazon, etc.) when you're being redirected from the bank.
This happens because you had tabs on your Safari for one of those apps that have just been reloaded. When Safari reloads those old tabs, it triggers the apps again.
Solution
Simply close your old tabs on the Safari app and try connecting your bank again.
