We would like to make you aware of a Known Issue with the AIB Open Banking Consent Flow.
Users may report that they are unable to complete the Consent Flow, and get an error message like this:
Ensure push notifications are enabled within the AIB Mobile app on their phone.
If still Push Notification is not received, please re-enroll from the AIB Mobile App and Enrol it again, as explained below. It is likely the settings on the mobile device have disabled push notifications.
Workaround:
We are recommending AIB customer affected by this error re-enroll their device for SCA.
1. Sign in to AIB's Mobile Banking App
2. Select Services:
3. Select "App Settings"
4. Unregister this device
5. Login again and complete the SCA enrollment prompts:
