No, in the Live and Sandbox environment, the client_id and client_secret will be different. You can obtain these from the console.
How
1. Once logged into the console select the Live or the Sandbox environment at the top:
2. Then click on the App Settings on the left. You will see the client_id and client_secret:
Your client_id in the Sandbox environment will have a "sandbox-" prefix, e.g. sandbox-havi12345.
❗Please keep your client_id and client_secret safe and do not share it with anyone. When contacting Support, we may only ask for your client_id.
