It’s a single connection with a bank where data has been accessed at least once during the last 30 days.
We price on a connected account basis. Multiple successful requests for the same account will only count as a single connected account for billing purposes.
Example
A connection, or active connected account, may include one or more sub-accounts.
If a user connecting a Barclays account, for instance, that has 1 Current account, 2 Savings accounts and 1 Joint Account will only create one single connection, which is, therefore, a single active connected account.
An active connected account will create a unique credentials_id.
