You don't have to be an admin now to view the Team Management Page https://console.truelayer.com/team/members .
Owner and Admin have read/write access whilst Developer and View Only roles have read only access (can view the team management page but cannot do any actions).
This page should look like one of the two following images:
If your page looks like the first image then you have not been migrated yet. If your page looks like the second image then you have. Additionally, when inviting users you should be able to assign a role to them if you have been migrated:
