If you reset your client_secret and the file shows the text "undefined", please reach out to our Support team including your client_id.
To raise your support request, simply go to our Support Portal and select "Submit a request" on the top-right of the screen.
In the meantime, please follow this workaround:
- Go to https://console.truelayer.com/settings/ and select the Client from the dropdown
- Navigate to another page using via the sidebar (for example TeamMembers)
- Navigate back to Settings page via the sidebar menu
- Reset the secret (should no longer show as undefined)
